2.2 Trial Limitations

The free trial includes all features but has message volume limitations. These limitations are clearly displayed in your account dashboard and documentation.

3.1 All Sales Final

All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place because:

• A comprehensive free trial period is provided for service evaluation
• The service is delivered immediately upon purchase
• Purchased message capacity is made available instantly
• The service can be fully evaluated before purchase

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

While refunds are not provided, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• No further charges will be made
• Service will end at the end of the paid period
